We needed to get Typhoid vaccines for international travel so I used the online appt. scheduling feature. The process was smooth and easy, but when we arrived at the store to check in, we were told they didn't do this vaccine, but that we needed to go to another specific branch so we headed over there. That branch also said they didn't do it, but to try a third branch. When we asked if the 3rd store was confirmed to have the vaccine, they couldn't. So we called the 3rd store, but our call was redirected to a central number. This number could not confirm where we should go. WHAT A TOTAL WASTE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS' TIME!
Shame on Walgreens.
Moral: Don't expect Walgreens or CVS to care about customer service.

This walgreens is great! The staff is friendly and efficient on getting customers helped and out the door in a timely manner! Liz did an amazing job with my vaccine. I could barely feel a thing! I like how this store is always so clean and stocked.

I need to do another review I went today to mostly have a couple of pictures printed out. Being Sunday wasn't sure if I would be able to get help when I saw a young lady who obviously worked there, I asked her. Right away she smiled and said she would be glad to. She was Friendly Polite And very patient with me. I understand her name is Yasmit These days to find any clerks that are so good to the public can be rare. I especially appreciated it in someone young. Please keep her as an employee. You got a good one

Worse experience with the pharmacist who CLEARLY has zero desire to do the right thing for patients. Attitude is appaling to be in the medical field. Essentially refused to help in any capacity with zero regard to filling a prescription to avoid going without during travel. Extremely unacceptable and will never recommend and will never use or recommemd to patients we provide services to in Rio Rancho and surrounding areas. Shame on you guys!

No since of urgency.. at all!!!!! 20 min wait time if there is more than 3 people ahead of you..they don't call for assistance... nothing. Just moving slow
