If you're going to be short staffed for years, take 3 days to fill a prescription and constantly be running out of medication stock, why stay open? I will be switching to Smiths. Close this pharmacy.

My fiancee has been dealing and putting up with this damn awful pharmacy for a while now. Every time she goes to pick up her meds the pharmacy is closed or they're slow as hell and when she has to call them they act like it's a big inconvenience and talk to her like crap. She already had enough of there BS so it's time to change to a much better and friendlier pharmacy.

If I could do ZERO star I would give them ZERO! They are the worse Walgreens ever! There is always a long wait anyway! But this time I was the 4th in line on the drive way. And it took me 40 minutes to get to the window. 40 freaking minutes!
And yet I couldn’t get 1 medicine at all. All they said was they tried to call us to let us know that we didn’t have any medicine to pick up actually. I asked why did you not leave a message then? She said they were having issues with their phone!
What a waste of 40 minutes! Do your job people!!!!!

Beware Walgreens gift cards! Spent $100 on one and by the time I went to use it, it had a zero balance. Checked the receipt (amount and #matched); made phone calls with no help :-(

One star is for the pharmacy not Walgreens itself. The guy at the pharmacy named Marvin. He is so RUDE every time I come and pick up my prescriptions. He seriously seems so miserable just having to do his job! Really makes me want to transfer to another location. Should not feel worried to have to see someone when coming to get my prescriptions.

Terrible customer service. They don't honor Good Rx pricing and won't make an adjustment. The cashier will just charge you the higher price without telling you. Don't both asking for a manager, they don't care!

What used to be my favorite pharmacy to do business with has become the last place I will go now! Never have prescriptions on time and are extremely rude! Or never open.

They’re so incredibly rude at this pharmacy. It never fails. I had a prescription they didn’t have available and they refused to help me send it to another location. The other location said they should have. Now, I called to check on a prescription and they answered “Walgreens pharmacy they’re several patients ahead of you it’s going to a while” in a very rude tone. I understand they’re understaffed, but frankly the world is an costumer service is everything. I’d think SPECIALLY in this field when people need important medications.

Offered to fill while I waited and they were ready in 20 minutes. This was especially important as breathing was difficult.

Waited for 20 minutes in drive thru. Finally came in and of course there is a line. The guy behind the counter is dancing around and they are moving slower the slugs. I can't believe this happens alot at all the Wal-Green pharmacy. I know most of these staff members r are studentsand probably just I st don't care.

There was about three pharmacy techs and a pharmacist. Customer service is poor. You shouldn’t have customers waiting if you all are just walking around. Sucks this is the only Walgreens in this area. Please hire pharmacy staff that would like to help people rather than delay.
