We are from out of town. I called the night before to make sure they had received my prescription from my doctor. The gentleman said yes, but they'll have it ready in the morning. I said ok. Come that morning the automated said it was being processed and should be ready at 3 pm. I couldn't wait, I spoke with a girl/young lady who said it would be ready in an hour. I said I'm 40 minutes out anyway (only Walgreens in Alb that carried my med, yes I called EVERY ONE of them). I pulled up to the window she said they don't have it, I said I spoke with a girl, and she went on to say that couldn't be, she said it because we don't have the mg's you need. I asked her if that was the number I called, and showed her the number, she said Yeah, that's our number. I saw the sequence of calls and times on my phone. I spoke with a gentleman who MADE SURE IT WAS PARADISE. NOT GOLF, and he said yes. She said I'm sorry we don't have it. The closest is Bernallio. Finally 2 hours later got them in Bernallio. TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY PEOPLE! THAT'S ALL I WANTED. Instead, she gaslit me and made me feel stupid. Please just say you made a mistake and or misplaced it. I called the surrounding ones to make sure I wasn't going crazy.

The Cashier at walgreens was rude and acted bothered when I pay in cash due to credit card ot working. On top of it this young male had his leg up on the bottom portion of the counter. Very bad image, no respect no professionalism. What's happening with walgreens? Are you guys lowering your customer service standard?

I’ve been coming to this Walgreens for years since it’s the closest drug store to my home. My pharmacy experiences have been very pleasant; however, the customer service throughout the rest of the store has been just the opposite, Leo one of the employees, has been available during many of my visits but I feel very unwilling to help. His body language, demeanor and attitude are very negative. It seems having to answer my questions is very much a burden to him.Customer service does not appear to be his priority. I’ll be taking my business to a different store location that values its customers, in the future.

Always had great service. People are friendly. They work very hard, doing a good job with the cuts that a lot of businesses are going through.

All the Walgreens stores send you to another Walgreens store for passport photos. Turns out none of them have the staffing or equipment to actually do it.

Slowest Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Doesn’t matter if you’re going through check out or the pharmacy, there’s always a line. Even if there is 1-3 people in front of you, you’re going to be there awhile.

Cashier felt the need to hold a five dollar bill up to the lignt. Were it a 20, 50 or 100 I'd understand but checking the authenticity of a 5 dollar bill being used to buy a drink is just insulting.

This Walgreens used to be a two out of five stars. Now they are barely a one star because of their new shopping cart policy in which you cannot take the shopping cart out of the store so if you have a lot of items or heavy items, such as sodas, you have to make multiple trips inside to get them in the car. No other Walgreens has this stupid cart policy yet

I usually never write google reviews because I know that every job can suck and we all have our hard days but my god when I tell you that this location for the pharmacy is just awful. Just today I had pulled up to the drive-thru to pick up my 2 prescriptions, I was sitting there for 10 minutes. 2 women kept walking by not even acknowledging me. Not even to say, “We’ll be with you momentarily.” Finally the male tech greets me, he pretty cool. But just the audacity that they had to just keep walking by like I wasn’t sitting there waiting. But it’s not just this time, I always wait FOREVER for my prescriptions and they never have them all ready even when they call me and text me saying that ALL of my prescriptions are ready for pickup. Walgreens pharmacy is just absolutely terrible. They should just shut it down if they don’t know how to operate it.

Staff members are consistently friendly and knowledgeable, offering assistance with a smile and efficiently managing queries. The store is well-stocked, providing a wide range of products from health essentials to beauty and snack items. Even during busy hours, the wait times are normally pretty short, both at the pharmacy and the regular checkouts, thanks to the well-organized and swift staff. The seamless shopping experience here is complemented by the store’s easy access and cleanliness, making it a go-to for both quick visits and regular shopping needs.

Worst service ever. Doctor called in a prescription prior to 10am. I sent my son to pick it up around 2pm and was told they hadn’t even started it yet. They said it wouldn’t be ready until after 4pm. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Transferred prescription to a different location and it was filled right away. This location needs to get their act together.

Absolutely rude and do not care about customer service. I accidentally made my appointment for a vaccine at this location. I was asked my last name and was told I would be checked in, after 15 minutes I asked if they could tell me about how much longer, was told they are working on it. After another 15 minutes, I asked again and stated I had been there for 30 minutes- same response. Finally, I was told they couldn’t give me one of them because of the time frame between doses. Well, that would have been nice to know 30 minutes ago and I said as much. I was then told, then go to a doctor’s office. Just rude and unprofessional on so many levels.

Horrible service. I was knowingly given incorrect prescription because they dont make compound medications. Instead of sending it somewhere that did!! Had I not known what I needed they would have handed me the incorrect medication. Mind you it was not for an adult. I have had nothing but issues with medications “being ready” but needing pharmacy verification or them not having my prescription because the truck had not arrived but asking them to send it to another Walgreens and then they suddenly have it. Multiple times!!! And the waiting times are absolutely ridiculous. Will not be going back to this Walgreens ever.
