Worst service ever. Doctor called in a prescription prior to 10am. I sent my son to pick it up around 2pm and was told they hadn’t even started it yet. They said it wouldn’t be ready until after 4pm. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Transferred prescription to a different location and it was filled right away. This location needs to get their act together.

Absolutely rude and do not care about customer service. I accidentally made my appointment for a vaccine at this location. I was asked my last name and was told I would be checked in, after 15 minutes I asked if they could tell me about how much longer, was told they are working on it. After another 15 minutes, I asked again and stated I had been there for 30 minutes- same response. Finally, I was told they couldn’t give me one of them because of the time frame between doses. Well, that would have been nice to know 30 minutes ago and I said as much. I was then told, then go to a doctor’s office. Just rude and unprofessional on so many levels.

Horrible service. I was knowingly given incorrect prescription because they dont make compound medications. Instead of sending it somewhere that did!! Had I not known what I needed they would have handed me the incorrect medication. Mind you it was not for an adult. I have had nothing but issues with medications “being ready” but needing pharmacy verification or them not having my prescription because the truck had not arrived but asking them to send it to another Walgreens and then they suddenly have it. Multiple times!!! And the waiting times are absolutely ridiculous. Will not be going back to this Walgreens ever.

Inadequate System & StaffStaff doesn't answer phone. Lost my prescription and don't know what's going on. Do not waste your time. They employ the worst, it's as if anyone can get certified online and work at this location.Not safe, Not professional, Not accountable!

Waited for approx' an hour standing in line and still didn't get all my meds! The system to provide medication doesn't consider the state of the customer. They need a ticket system that allow customers to check in, then be seated until the meds are ready. So, many people walked away without medication to avoid the wait.The young lady at the pharmacy counter was nice and did her best.

Worst pharmacy we've ever dealt with! Prescription is ready, but the pharmacist either didn't show up or they don't have enough staff to cover it, so the pharmacy is closed with no way to get the prescription. It's unable to be transferred, so we're just stuck waiting & hoping someone shows up to work. It's two hours after the pharmacy was supposed to be open & it's still closed. Will never go here again & will definitely be transferring all our prescriptions.

Staff is great, but waited nearly an hour after scheduling an appointment online. Same excuse as my last visit, their system was down. This seems to be the same excuse for this location frequently. Never scheduling vaccinations here again.

Called today to refill my prescriptions, had to wait 50 minutes to speak to an associate only to receive a prompt to call back because the pharmacy has gone to lunch. Absolutely terrible customer service. Seek a different pharmacy because this ain’t it.

Not sure how my last review was removed but Walgreens needs to be held accountable for the terrible pharmacy staff at this location. Lazy and rude. I wish they would put all the energy they use on the attitude into doing their job well.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I utilized express pass and they denied it because there was a line. The whole point of express pass is because you paid ahead of time. It is meant to not have to wait in line.

This location has really great employees overall. One in particular stands out, and I wish I could remember her name. She is just so kind and personable, and always brightens my morning if I stop by to grab something before work. Very appreciative of her and this location!

Never used this pharmacy before and immediately regretted sending my prescriptions here. Spent over an hour on hold trying to get information on my prescription with no answer, then tried to get it transferred with the other pharmacy not getting an answer either and needing to spend an hour on hold. They attempted to fax with no luck. I tried calling again the next day and they refused to transfer my prescription. Nice.

Bad pharmacy customer service. I got the run around stating my son's medication was not covered by insurance ( which it is) I called insurance company and they said the card was valid ( I waited in line 40 minutes) then they wanted to charge me full price.Came back to get his medication and all if a sudden they said there was no prescription under his name. All of a sudden his medication disappeared.They have no idea what they are doing and now my son has no medications.
