Switched all my scripts back to Costco. Any time there is an issue the folks here just shrug and say not my problem. Just waiting for this corporation to go bankrupt already. I definitely was one of the many people getting ripped off an getting charged the copay even when my medication was half the price of that. Also, if you work at a drug store in the pharmacy and have the audacity to be blazed beyond all belief, at least use some Visine so it's not so obvious to your customers.

Same experience with most Walgreens. I have autism and the pharmacy staff misjudge me as a drug addict. So they flag me in the system and close my prescriptions without a doctor approval so I can't get my medication on time. It's absolutely disgusting. This all started when I was judged by a pharmacist named Michelle at the Los Ranchos location. I have been discriminated every time since. Now they make every month a day or twos work for me to call doctors and call them back and fourth. It's evil vile behavior that only a demon would do.

I've come here a few times trying to buy half and half. Every time I go they are completely out. The one time they had it in stock it was expired.

These guys are terrable, they say perscriptions are ready and one shows up and they are not. They often fail to provide the propper amount of pills, e.g. 90 for a 90 supply.

I was looking at jerky and Kennedy out of know where says can I help you find something I was taking back because I didn’t look lost. So I gave a weird look then went I went to pay she was walking over to register and I gave the look like oh god it’s the awkward person and she whispered I wish a b would. You guys hire some odd people for crying out loud

We only popped into this Walgreens to get a prescription as all our Rio Rancho Walgreens were all out of it! We had great service by the pharmacist and everyone was very helpful.
Nice, clean store, too.

The staff was always very nice and friendly when I would go in the mornings. The ladies were the best! It was unfortunate to see so many homeless stealing from them and they weren’t able to do anything. Alb needs to do better for these businesses.

Came here to pickup my packages due to a shipping address error created by Google pay. The representative who assisted me gave me a lot of attitude over throwing away a cardboard box that was used for the delivery. Was it seriously that much of a hassle to toss one box? Next time I'll just put it in one of your bins outside and make it hard to dig out. Rude customer service at this location for sure.

Son bought me a 150 dollar gift card for Nike at this location!Long story but I will make it short.Card never worked ,Walgreens never made it right!Dont ever shop at Walgreens unless you want to get scammed!Very unprofessional the way didn’t fix the problem corporate was a joke when I called!Have to give one star to post!

Never ever have all of my prescriptions or my husband's prescriptions in stock. Usually it's a 3 to 4 day wait. So disappointing! Then I have to call them to make sure medication arrived and is being filled.
