Worst service ever. Every month I pick up my prescription. Every month they want to charge me $70 for my co pay. It should be $15. It takes 3 or more employees to find the manufacturer co pay card. Today they are just ignoring me. I woul give them 0 stars if that was an option.

This is hands down the best Walgreens in town (hmm could it have something to do with the fact they don’t sell liquor ? Walgreens, headlines make it look like you’re in dire times and I feel that you could solve your problems in Albuquerque by stopping liquor sales… I digress) - workers are always friendly but not over the top, store is clean and calm, candy selection is on-point. But this young woman Maddy needs a raise STAT. She had a “pharm tech” name tag on but was working the front register . So, my Walgreens points have been in limbo for years because I was not giving the right zip code to redeem . Cashier after cashier would say “you’ll need to fix that on the website” and I would say “ok” and go merrily on my way. Well, Maddy took initiative today to help me correct all my info and get my candy haul that was going to be 11 bucks for 96 cents. She did not seem flustered at all and did this entirely of her own volition. Truly a star, please give her more money immediately !

I came to pick up a prescription and when I arrived there were about 8 cars in line. I waited around 15 minutes to get up to the window. Once I arrived at the window, Voice came over the speaker and told me that they were closed for lunch. I asked them what time they close at because I’ve been in line waiting for 15 minutes. They told me they closed at 1:30 PM for lunch. I looked at my clock radio, and my The time was Exactly 1:30 PM. I explained to her that I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes and it was exactly 130. Can I please get my prescription? She said no they’re closed for lunch. You would think that they could’ve walked outside and told cars at a certain point that they weren’t going to be able to help them because they were closed for lunch and not let people sit in line for 15 minutes. Or put a sign up in the drive-through lane something.

Yay for Walgreens at Paseo/Ventura! Staying open till 11pm again and they don't mind if you walk in at 10:50 they are happy to help. Such a great staff. Thank you Walgreens

I was checked out by a very rude cashier. Oh well. Its the new normal. I walked up and asked if her station was open. She relied "no I'm just standing here for nothing. " I try not to be too presumptuous. Sorry.

No issues with this location, but it is in a bit of an awkward spot, with only one entrance and exit (off Ventura St).
The shopping center this Walgreens is located in is a bit strange. You enter and exit from Ventura Street, but there's really only one exit. Construction has been going on at this location since I moved to the area about a year ago, meaning blind corners, rough, dirt covered bits of roadway, and the occasional near collision with people who aren't paying attention or just can't see around the construction or side of a building. This doesn't reflect Walgreens, but it is annoying.
The staff at this location have been super friendly every time I drop by for a soda pop or to fill a prescription. Walgreens has some decent sales and the Wally-Cash (or whatever it's called), does add up if you visit randomly enough. I enjoy chatting with the employees at the register, even though I'm in my 30s and don't feel particularly lonely. The overall atmosphere is friendly, and the store is clean. BEST of all, nothing is locked up behind tacky plastic windows like one of the big-name stores closer to the freeway.
The pharmacy is great, at least in my experience. They have gone out of their way to fill my prescription when my insurance was being a nuisance, so I want to give them some praise for that. Haven't used the drive-through pickup window, but that is an option.

The pharmacy is horrible. It took two weeks and three trips to get my insulin prescription refilled. I am moving my prescriptions across the street to Albertsons.

She is extremely pleasant to work with. She has excellent people skills. Thank you.

The pharmacy staff is pleasant in person, but don't try calling. I have spent up to 30 minutes on hold then they disconnect the call. This has happened on numerous occasions and the staff always seems to be rude and uncaring on the phone.

My husband and I went this morning to get our flu shots as we always do every year. The guy at the counter doesn’t even know what he is doing. We had an appt at 11 and 11:10. He tells my husband let me see your Medicare part D card. My husband doesn’t even have Medicare part D as he has Tricare. He said, “ Well Tricare says you have Humana Part D” my husband has never ever had Humana. He comes back and says well they found it after taking so long to run it. He says let me get the paperwork. Well we already signed the paperwork online lol. Then he comes back after shuffling so many papers around and tells us to put our phone numbers in which we did. I told him he needed to change my husbands because it doesn’t start with 459. We just told him never mind after waiting over 20 plus minutes. I said we would just go somewhere else. The guy says okay then smh. What a big waste of time. Been going there for years to get our shots. Never again will we. Got into our doctor today with no problems. I called Tricare as well and they said they have never ever had a record of my husband having Medicare part D with Humana. Imagine that?

The pharmacy never answers their phone, the drive thru is always super slow and most of the time the pharmacy employees are not nice people to work with. Nightmare of a pharmacy to get a prescription filled. DO NOT recommend.
