The pharmacy staff is pleasant in person, but don't try calling. I have spent up to 30 minutes on hold then they disconnect the call. This has happened on numerous occasions and the staff always seems to be rude and uncaring on the phone.

My husband and I went this morning to get our flu shots as we always do every year. The guy at the counter doesn’t even know what he is doing. We had an appt at 11 and 11:10. He tells my husband let me see your Medicare part D card. My husband doesn’t even have Medicare part D as he has Tricare. He said, “ Well Tricare says you have Humana Part D” my husband has never ever had Humana. He comes back and says well they found it after taking so long to run it. He says let me get the paperwork. Well we already signed the paperwork online lol. Then he comes back after shuffling so many papers around and tells us to put our phone numbers in which we did. I told him he needed to change my husbands because it doesn’t start with 459. We just told him never mind after waiting over 20 plus minutes. I said we would just go somewhere else. The guy says okay then smh. What a big waste of time. Been going there for years to get our shots. Never again will we. Got into our doctor today with no problems. I called Tricare as well and they said they have never ever had a record of my husband having Medicare part D with Humana. Imagine that?

The pharmacy never answers their phone, the drive thru is always super slow and most of the time the pharmacy employees are not nice people to work with. Nightmare of a pharmacy to get a prescription filled. DO NOT recommend.

No one picks up the phone. I waited on hold for 15 minutes to get a hold of the pharmacy. Customer service is a thing of the past. These companies are quick to collect money from you though.

Not 5 stars only because there was no one ringing at the main cash registers. Waited 3 minutes, then went to the girl in the liquor dept. to bring my purchase.

scheduled an appointment to get a shot at 5:30 pm. i showed up 15 minutes early and they told me that my shot is frozen still. so i have to wait 30 minutes. its now 6:00 i’ve been here 45 minutes and i haven’t gotten my shot nor have i been called up. the pharmacy staff aren’t the nicest or very friendly. very bland attitudes and aren’t eager to help at all. kinda disappointing. doesn’t seem they were trained in customer service. anyway. still here, waiting for my shot until the end of eternity

This is my go to walgreens. It's ultra clean and organized. The staff is friendly and will help your need. Cashiers are fast when checking you out your purchases and I appreciate their professionalism. Thanks walgreens!

Got to the pharmacy around 1pm. Went through all the problems we had. They lost our prescription twice even after verifying they had it twice on the phone. They fix everything the lady is holding the medicine in her hands. Looks at her watch and sees that it is now 131pm. She says they are closed for lunch and I would have to come back in 30 minutes.

Went there for my meds and some items I needed. Store is well stocked and pharmacy crew was on top of everything! Extremely knowledgeable pharmacy crew!

I don’t like to use their pharmacies as it is. But this location has the rudest unprofessional pharmacy! They hang up on you or keep you on hold forever. Ohh and don’t respond to a DR who is trying to transfer meds to get filled there! Because they need to be picked up ASAP

Can never get ahold of anyone over the phone in the pharmacy. Absolutely the worst. Better to call one of the 24hr locations where they're actually willing to help.

I hope all the staff will except my sincere apology for the way I acted in the store as well as on the phone , I was disrespectful and angry and ugly. the staff never once treated me any way except professional and always with respect, Chris and Hon and the other gentleman were very gracious and always respectful, Thank you , I am very sorry for my actions once again ?
