Update your hrs! Goggle says you close at 9pm. You were closed at 7:55pm when I went by for my wife's needed prescription.

I did curb side pick up the lady ran my card 3 times and canceled it every time because she didn't know how to work it, I left got cash out at the bank , I asked the bank teller why my card got declined, they said cause they cancel it so many times it blocked it, so I went back told them I'm paying with cash they said we cannot expect cash. She told me that I can go inside i told them I have sick children I can't go inside.She told me your cards probably not getting because of the wave lengths. After that I left and I'll get you prescription else where .

Welp, I guess I should have read all of the rave reviews before picking this place to take my second Covid shot. The person whom administered the vaccine walked out, called my name, went around this metal cubical then they put 3 syringes on the table, looked at my name and picked one up. Like that table is in the store. I'm a roofer and the debris and dust from the exposed roof deck above does come loose and there are dust particulates. What the heck Walmart Pharmacy. Be Better!!! I missed work for this and now I have to go back for the Vaccine Card he never gave me. He wanted me to wait another 15 minutes because of his not being prepared and my appointment had already taken 40min. No Bueno.

This was the worse service I have gotten in my life. I was waiting for an hour in pick up for the first time I called and when I called again they told me they didn’t prepare it for pick up so I had to wait another 15 min. Then the lady that gave me the prescription had the worse attitude!

Since when was GoodRx not accepted at the pickup counter??? Ive always done it this way. The lady wanted me to go to consultation to get insurance verified, couldn't do that cause I didnt have my card. I then wait back in the pick up line to get my meds and I present her with the GoodRx app and she tells me that she doesn't do coupons, etc at this counter. Since when was it only through the consultation counter you can have coupons applied to meds? I'm not going to wait in line for a 3rd time due to the staff not informing their customers the FIRST TIME!

Unfortunately, I have had to use this pharmacy due to the fact that the medication I need is not carried by any other pharmacy close by, otherwise I would not take anything here. Staff is great and all of the pharmacists on call are as well except for one, Cindy. She claims to love her job yet has no patience with patients and their questions. Maybe she loves being in the back alone filling scripts but when it comes to customer service her skills are definitely lacking. I've seen her deal with elderly customers almost bothered by the fact they have any questions at all. When I've spoken to her she interrupts you while you're talking and has a downright condescending tone when she's trying to answer your question as if to say, how dare you ask me this you should already know the answer to that. Her job after all is to answer any and ALL questions regarding the medications we're picking up. Coincidently, every time I've had a problem with my prescription it has been during her shift. So my review of this pharmacy is poor because people working in the healthcare field should have a little more compassion and courtesy when it comes to dealing with patients. After all we're not all doctors and pharmacists.

This is by far the worst experience I have had at any Walmart Pharmacy. My information was not correctly verified upon dropping off my prescription, but I was told it would be about an hour anyway. So after an hour, I returned to the counter to be told it wasn't ready. I wasn't told anything about payment at that point either. I return after another 20 minutes, only to be treated quite rudely. When the female associate saw me back in line, she spoke (quite loudly) around the customer she was assisting at the counter to say: "Your insurance won't cover it, are you paying cash?" Um, excuse me? Considering you never requested my insurance information, how would you know this? Oh, you used the 10 year old information that your computer had saved under my name and birthday. The information that you were supposed to update upon drop off. So, I wait another 10 minutes for another associate to input my correct information, which took away the "necessary" payment. Only to be told I now have to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes (we're at 90 minutes already, people) because they never even mixed the prescription, for whatever reason. I have never been so disappointed in a pharmacy in my life. These associates need to learn proper procedure, policy, and customer service. They could also use a lesson in privacy, that could help prevent them from loudly speaking about information that should not be discussed in such a manner. By the way, this is coming from a Walmart Associate. I would be ashamed to call Rio Bravo my home store.
