Went in to do some quick shopping and was trying to use my new ebt card the ebt office had given me. It wasn't active and wasn't working to the older man checking me out went to send me to customer service and started dragging my cart with my 1 year old in it being rude rushing me while I was trying to call and figure out what is going on. Then when I got to customer service the team lead was rude as he'll asking if I was going to buy the stuff in my cart or not as she is watching me on my phone trying to get it figured out. Then she moves me AGAIN so she can check out other associates because I was not moving fast enough. Not only was it humiliating it was plane rude and wrong! Even the actual customers in line saw I was struggling trying to figure out why my card wasn't working and helped me. The fact that I NEVER go to this Walmart and the rare occasion I do this is how I get treated is disgusting! I also know it is because I was not dressed up and looked disheveled that they treated me like that! Never come here if you are on any assistance and never expect to be treated kindly! Horrible! I am so disappointed!

Don't bother. No self checkout, lines extremely long, and they go very slow. Not to mention, a large amount of merchandise is behind locked glass so you have to wait in someone to come open it and then you're stuck picking it up in a specific line after you are done shopping. Frustrating experience.

Went in 2/12/25
I needed to buy Pens they were locked up so I pressed the button 1 associate walked passed me I can hear his radio going off for the pen aisle. So I press it again since he didn't help 4 other associates walked passed me with thier radios going off for the pen aisle. I gave up after 20 minutes of wait and just left.

It's close to my girlfriend's house and it's Wal-Mart. Prices are ok and it's close.

Quick trip to pick up some things for a sick friend. The cashier was quick to scan and get us out the door!
Note: Due to situations in Albuquerque, you can not bring a large bag into the store. It must be under 12x12x38 for anyone like me who tends to carry everything, but the kitchen sink with them!

It's calm at this location when you go early enough! This store was the only one close to my Valencia address that carried the children's medication I needed. The guys at the door were friendly and helpful.
