Tellers are rude. I was the only customer in the lobby yet I had to clear my throat so that my presence would even be acknowledged, it was as if I was completely invisible. The only reason I was there in the first place was to cash a small check that Wells Fargo sent me as compensation for enrolling me in, and charging me for a program I did not consent to. This is why I don't trust this institution with my money. I decided to cash the little check there because it was almost 5:00 and it was closer than my credit union. The teller couldn't even mutter a thank you or have a nice day, just handed me the cash and didn't say one word. Customer service is non existent.

They have changed their policies for commercial checks, without notification and they chose to do this right at the beginning of the month.

Extra kudos to Sabrina for helping me consolidate my credit card debt. I'm excited to pay everything off in one monthly payment. She also helped me just in time because I got a flat tire. When I got home I found a screw in my tire and it is flat. I have the money to pay for that. I knew as a 15+ year customer that when I needed help Wells Fargo would be there for me. I was thinking about going for the online apps that offer fast and free services and remembered how many times Wells Fargo has pulled through for me. Kudos to Sabrina to helping me just in time when I needed it most.

This isn't as business friendly as I remember. There was a lot of confusion when I tried making weekend deposits after the holiday weekend. They were making extremely difficult to make my deposits. It almost felt like they were trying to say my deposits were incorrect and I somehow had less money? I have all of my ducks in a row before I take my money but now I will have to avoid this specific location and choose the other locations. There ended being an extremely long line because they didn't know how to help me.

I honestly feel like I am treated so well and kind every time I go to this location. The people are so genuine and helpful. I also feel relaxed while waiting to be helped. I recently left my debit card in an ATM machine, so it was sucked in and shredded after not accepting the return in time. I was able to get the cash that I needed at the window immediately after. The following weekend, I went in and got a temporary card and ordered a replacement. There were so many smiles and I received assistance in a timely manner. Great job to all of you!
