Online customer service has gone downhill in 10 years. Finally going to make the switch over to a credit union because I can't deal with a big corporate company and their lack of empathy. Wells Fargo should be ashamed to be treating people with such lack of care.

FRAUD ALERT!!!!! This bank is allowing people to use others social security number to open accounts! I was told by THEIR customer service to call them and speak with a on site manager to see if they would close the account that was opened under my name! The woman I spoke with TYRA said she wouldn't leave any information if I filed a police report (go figure) because she had "nothing" to do with it!!! How is it not your fault that YOUR bankers are allowing IDENTITY FRAUD!! I'm not the only victim as this is happening a lot! There has been two accounts opened with my SSN from 2013-present... and Tyra tells me she can do nothing about it. Instead of listening she begins to yell, talk over me, and say I'm not listening when she tells me she "can't" do anything... I asked her if she could be on the line with me while I talk to customer service in which she then replies NO BECAUSE THEY ARE CLOSING she said Why are you calling New Mexico if we can't do anything about it. Your in California! Before I could get her name she hung up! And when I called back she was furious! She said STOP CALLING THIS NUMBER I CANT HELP YOU! And I replied that's what I was told in the SFS location. So obviously this Tyra woman knows about the FRAUD but doesn't want to be held responsible ! I got the same response when I called speaking to a male who REFUSED to give me his name! FRAUD ALERT STAY AWAY!!!!

Customer service at its best!! I've been coming here forever. How did I forget to checkin and review it on Yelp?! Everyone is so nice and welcoming here, it could be because they have a great boss. Quami is such a great leader and you can see that his actions follow through to his employees. Sandi is such a sweetheart and full of knowledge about information for small business. When I had my company I went to her for everything! One of the big pluses, if you have your own company, they have a counter. Other institutions, like credit unions, count it all by hand and it takes forever. They will always have a cup of coffee waiting for you, a smile and a lollipop! I like to promote local businesses but this branch is so much better than my local credit union!
