I have ordered delivery from this location several times. The last 3 times they got my order wrong. I ordered Diet Coke, last night,they send lemonade, before that regular coke. Another time they forgot the fries. I tried calling the number to talk to the manager and they never answer. This location is run by idiots who are not able to get an order correct. I am done with wendy's!! there are a ton of other burger places out there that are as good or better and don't mess up my order.

There were barely any cars in the drive thru and it took like 15 minutes for me to get to the window. After I got my food I noticed they didn't give me a straw and my coke was flat and my burger was cold my fries with cold and soggy the nuggets were the only thing that were slightly warm.

Tonight around 10:45ish my husband ran to get us some food and we even went to this Wyoming location which isn’t the closest to our home, but usually better than the eubank location. When he got home, he realized they didn’t give him our large drink. We brushed it off, and started opening our food. Our fries were ROCK HARD, cold and dark in color. Our burgers were hard, dry and the cheese was cold to the touch. So he went back and asked for either fresh food or a refund. They took our food, closed the window, came back and said can’t give you your money or food back! Like what??? We have NEVER had this happen! My husband was then so ticked, he called the non emergency number cuz what else do we do, we’re now out $41 bucks and have no food. They told us it was a civil matter and that we should contact corporate or go back the next day and speak to a gm. The night manager was completely unprofessional and looked high as a kite. Who do they have working there when they can’t even give a refund for the hours old food they gave us. Would they eat that? I’m just blown away. We usually have a good experience at that location which is why he went there VS the eubank one right by our home. Needless to say, we won’t be going back. I guess they don’t believe in CUSTOMER SERVICE! Sure hope someone makes it right tomorrow. You can’t just keep someone’s money AND food. Hope no one else has this happen to them. Fast food is fast, but it should still be edible!!!!!

Waited in the drive through for about ten min, got out of line went to chick fila (during lunch rush mind you) even had time to stop by Kelly's for a beer, drove past Wendy's to go home and the car that was behind me was barely pulling up to the window

Why is the inside closed at 2:45pm on a Sunday afternoon? We were taking my mother who is in a wheelchair out for lunch but were turned away. I will no longer give Wendy's my business. Dave Thomas would be ashamed.

I was happy to see that their lobby was open and I could walk right in and order to go and they got it out really quick and they were very kind and I enjoyed my food!Parking: Even though Wyoming is under construction currently there is still a clear path and parking at Wendy's both from the front coming from Wyoming boulevard and behind in the residential.

The restaurant is clean. The employees are professional but that may not be a good thing sometimes I like the old local hometown feel I didn't get that there but I did get what I paid for and it was a well valued meal.

I'm sorry whoever was working the window 30 November 2023 at 2:40 PM needs to either be removed or retrained. I entered the drive-through at 2:40 to pick up a GrubHub order, lobby was closed three people inside, the woman at the drive-through took 17 minutes to get the order of the car in front of me correct, then an additional seven minutes of waiting at the drive-through box, she was polite but 24 minutes and you processed one orderThat is not an exaggeration, karma that level of service should have the manager in trouble because something is clearly wrong at this Wendy's.When I left after a 24 minute delay, there were nine cars behind me, three of them followed me out of the drive-through, this store needs help badly!
