I am updating this review because it has now become clear that it is our bank that is causing the issue with non-payment thank you Washington Federal. But the team has done all they can to remedy this situation. We have even moved over our primary home coverage as well since moving to NM and they are saving us more than $5,000 a year compared to other providers.

The first time we stopped by this office, there was a man who was in a desk, he seemed really busy and didn't know what he was doing so we left immediately. The second time we went we met Valerie, Valerie was knowledgeable I give her that but her demeanor with my husband was not warranted. My husband mirrored her attitude since she seemed like she was rushing, she seemed annoyed that we were asking questions and her desk was so filled with paperwork that we had to work at a different one. She seemed nice enough through the process until it came to my husband wanting to leave USAA and not knowing how that would hurt him if he did. She rushed out and left her assistant (that's what we thought she was) to get our information and left. Overall did not seem to help us on what we needed, and she did not Beattie price of what we needed as far as insurance with USAA. I recommend going to someone who can give you the time and the information you want and someone who is willing to satay through the process.

Valerie and her office have been nothing but professional and and a pleasure to deal with. While they were not able to save me money on my auto policy, they did save me money on my life and home policies. So I added additional life insurance for both my wife and I. Also, recently I had to file a claim for a plumbing leak in my home. Valerie jumped through hoops to help expedite the claim, so the repairs could be made quickly. This agency gets a two thumbs up from me.

Absolutely poor customer service. The Agent had my address incorrect for over two years despite a phone call and email requesting an update. The incorrect address increased premiums. Agent never contacted me to review policy increases but she was always ready to sale home or renters insurance. Agent is also not effective at making you aware of your options to decrease premiums rather her claim is the whole state is facing an increase. That may be true but I saved $200 dollars by switching to another company for the exact same policy benefits and I did not have to increase my deductible as she recommended.
