Now I know why they have a 2 star rating. I've been calling to get my payoff on my loan for 2 weeks and all I get is the run around. I have one payment left and I can't seem to get anyone in the line to talk to about it! Keep sending me in circles. It's sad no one has anything good to say about this company. ☹️.

I had a bad experience on the phone with 2 employees at Weststar yesterday. They are rude and uninformed people. They released a disfigured deed to my Mom years ago and are unwilling to accept any responsibility for acting in a skilled and appropriate manner. Be careful with this company! There must be better escrow companies to use!

Mr. Cooley called my husband stating if we don't pay our mortgage that he had some MEN to come to our place to take our things out of our house. Felt like we were dealing with a bad landlord than a mortgage company. Hes sounded very unprofessional and threatening.

This is my first ever review I’m leaving for a company! But the help I received from customer service rep TANYA SPRUNK was absolutely outstanding and top tier!! Communication and efficiency was on point and very pleasant to speak with!! she made my issues a priority and I felt pleased that she went out of her way to address and resolve them in a efficient manner! I recently had to contact customer service for some documents to be emailed to me, and Tanya Sprunk was very helpful and professional. I have to say I am extremely satisfied with the way she provided help. I recommend her for employee of the month. Thank you for a delightful experience. ?

I've always been extremely underwhelmed by the quality of this business. Escrow isn't exactly a fun time, but geez these people are not only rude but greedy as well....after all that they had to move their office all the way out to Balloon Fiesta Park. I'm glad you have that Exquisite building with all the elbow room you could possibly desire bought with the funds accumulated by sucking your customer's dry, I just love driving all the way out to the boonies with this thought in mind.Edit: love your response ? ? The account is in my husbands name but I do all the interactions with your business, nevermind the payments come from my paycheck too, but if you like, I can have my husband make another review about how West star has been treating his wife and his pocket book. Also. your customer reps. aren't going to fix anything if we call, you have a systemic issue. It's sad that you cannot see that.

Weststar Mortgage Corporation has been our mortgage provider for over a year now and I can truly say they have THE best customer service team. They always answer the phone, and if you have to leave a message they will always call you back. Thank you so much Nikkie for going above and beyond to take care of us!

No one answers the phone. My Nov. payment was taken out twice and I can't get anyone to help me get my money back. Two weeks shy of needing to pay my house taxes and the Mortgage company has totally screwed me up. So much for a nice Thanksgiving Holiday. KFC is going to have to do if I can get the funds returned.

On Monday, March 7, I needed assistance with a tax form that had been lost in the mail and was causing a delay in our tax preparations. Customer Service Representative Tanya Sprunk resolved this issue very quickly and efficiently. She also assisted me in gaining better access to my mortgage information. High quality customer service is not easy to find, but thankfully, it is not impossible. Thank you, Tanya Sprunk!

Once i purchased my house, my loan was almost immediately purchased from WestStar. Nichole has been such a tremendous help! She is attentive, gets back to me promptly and is able to answer all of my questions. I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with Weststar thus far!
