Visited here with 2 gluten free friends. Coffee was good but their gluten free bakery was an excellent treat.

Nice place, much larger inside than it seems from the outside. Plenty of outdoor seating on a nice day. My friend and I stopped by late morning on a Tuesday. The establishment had a very steady flow of traffic but not too crowded. It was clean and there is a nice variety of seating. Service took a while and we couldn't figure out why the line, just to order, was moving so painfully slow since the wait to get the order was not much at all. I had the dark roast coffee and the gluten free berry muffin and the coffee was tasty and rich - quite good - and the muffin very good.

It's a very nice coffee stop.Or a great cafe for socializing.Their tomato basil Quiche was delicious.I was filling Time and appetite while waiting for my eye exam at the optometrist across the parking lot.

I am a sucker for gluten free options and we went out of our way to try this place. I ordered a soy chai and a muffin. My chai tasted more like seamed soy milk with an essence of chai, while my muffin was very moist and a bit overly sweet for a breakfast treat. My husband got a latte that also tasted more like steamed milk than coffee. Service was ok, seemed like it was very much a locals hangout. Lots of seating available. Maybe it was an off day for them, however, neither my husband or I were very impressed.

The coffee is great and they have super creative specials every month that are really fun! What concerned me is the staffs lack of knowledge on food safety when it came to allergens. I’m personally allergic to tree nuts. I asked them what kind of flour they use in their gluten free muffins, because almond flour is commonly used, and the staff there wasn’t sure. They kinda just shrugged and started making guesses. I understand that my food allergies are not their problem, but they should at least be able to tell me if their product will kill me or not so I can make informed decisions. More training is needed FOR SURE.Dietary restrictions: Staff does not know what are in their products well enough to properly protect their customers from anaphylaxis.

Don't often get over to this side of town, but am so glad I did, because I enjoyed a perfect dirty chai-- not too sweet, just right, and beautifully creamy steamed milk--took advantage of the wifi password thoughtfully posted on the chalkboard, and the proprietor thanked and wished me well on my way out. A really great boost for the rest of my day.

I am grateful that they have gluten free pastries. There aren't too many places that do. The atmosphere is comfy. The staff is also friendly and helpful.
