I came in today with my fiancé and we were helped by a young woman named Isabelle. She answered all of our questions, was extremely helpful, and genuinely so sweet. With all the holiday shopping, it feels like customer service has been rushed or unpleasant almost everywhere, but Isabelle was the complete opposite. She even helped us through checkout and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Her tone and energy truly stood out. Overall, an amazing experience and great service.

Wonderful store, well maintained and very inviting. Kept clean and tidy, displays organized and stocked, with lots of color and vibrancy! The lady working, Jess, was very kind and attentative and answered all of our questions and was very helpful! Would absolutely return.

The new store manager, Jessica is amazing! Today went by and Savannah helped us, she went up and beyond to help us and recommended new scents. I love Yankee Candle!!! ❤️🕯️

Haylee knows her candles! I wanted something pretty specific and she took the time to go find my preferences while I sniffed some candles. She greeted us right away and was super friendly. Talk about going above and beyond. Haylee needs a raise! Also I want to be friends with you Haylee! Keep it up girl!

I absolutely love this location in the mall. Every time i go i always have an amazing experience with the workers there. More specifically haylee! I love working with haylee, she always makes sure you have a good experience. She is beyond well educated making sure she knows her candles! This woman deserves a raise! Highly recommended!

Chas the store manager is absolutely the most courteous and professional person in retail. I love the store layout, I love the customer service and I love the products by Yankee Candle. The service I received was above my expectations. The experience will make me tell my friends and family about this location. I can't wait to see the friendly smiles and receive the excellent customer service a again. Thank you very much! 5 Stars and more! A perfect example what all retail stores strive to accomplish.
