This is a YMCA. GOOD facility. Doesn't offer as many classes as other facilities but has lots of equipment. Very clean. Nice staff. If you are a member at another YMCA in the country they do accept out of town members. And don't forget about YMCA 360 which is the Y's online streaming service which is great for traveling.

I arrived at 0545 and there were only 5 people there working out in the fitness room. Everyone wipes the equipment and generally has a good time.
