“I have never felt compelled to write a Yelp review before, but Vicente (I'm not sure if I'm spelling this correctly) and this shop saved Christmas for our family. We were stuck on the side of the road with a blown tire as we were traveling home for he holidays. Vicente came to our rescue very quickly and even made sure my dog was comfortable by letting her lay on his jacket in the cab. He called ahead to see if his shop could fix our tire quickly, and the shop not only fixed our tire extremely quickly...they gave us their lug key so that if we had any issues on the rest of our drive, we wouldn't be stuck again. I can't thank Vicente and all the guys who helped us at the shop enough for the kindness they showed us.”

“jj auto was very cordial they had to wait on the ins several day before they responded, I finally had to contact one if the main sups to help us becuz the adjuster they assigned me would not return call. I called several time and only once did he return call. worthless insurance with there customer service. But JJs auto was wonderful.”
