Does not transfer prescriptions to their pharmacy, even though they used to for years. Going to have to go to Taos which will take most of a half a day there and back. They need some better service here in town.

Worst pharmacy and unfortunately, the only show in town. And they kind of know it. First, got my insurance wrong despite being given the right information. Second, first time ever I was not given a prescription that was filled because the staff person said they'd lose money.

The absolute WORST pharmacy ever they are never open as advertised I've got to get meds in a timely manner for presurgical procedure now I have to postpone my procedure that has taken me a year and a half to schedule

Can’t get the medications I need for months why? And the lack of compassion by the pharmacist is absolutely unacceptable and inappropriate that staff should be reprimanded severely.

We came down here from Oregon to help with the fires and needed prescriptions refilled. They seemed so nice to your face, but would literally never call you back as they would say, we did all the calling between the doctors, insurance and them, and then when they thought we were on hold, the pharmacist, Itzy, literally said: "The f'ing Lee's, I'm so over them. " Talk about RUDE!! I would NEVER recommend this pharmacy to anyone!!!

Website hours don't match announcement when you call..Random closures..Can't ever get through to check on status..The voice announcement when you call instructs you to leave a message.. but the "mailbox is full".

Worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. They were sent a high importance prescription at 2pm. I arrived a 5pm for them to tell me it's not ready. Then at 530pm they called me and told me that they didn't have the medication needed. I was told they were sending it to their pharmacist, whi would send it over to Taos. Taos did not receive it until after they closed at 8pm. I'm now in an emergency situation where I will have to go to the ER. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone who is in need of a prescription immediately or for someone to ensure high priority items receive attention. Also, there is no pharmacist on site.

We decided to extend our visit in Angel Fire and needed to refill some prescriptions for our child. Amanda was very helpful throughout the whole process and was able to order in the needed prescriptions by the next afternoon, sparing us a drive to Taos. We were very pleased with our service here.

Spoke with a pharmacy by the last name Vempati or Venpati today. Rude, no customer service at all. Spoke with him about a transfer from Oklahoma he says, “I’m too busy to do the transfer I’ll call Oklahoma and get it” without EVER asking for my pharmacy or my information to get it he wanted to hang up with phone. Didn’t let me compete one sentence. Kept says “what is you want me to do?” After I explained that I spoke with Joann She had reported that if my pharmacy faxed it over they would have the medicine by 4pm the next day. I tried to explain this to him. He replied, “if I got it then check back at 3pm.” Sir, I just need to confirm you received it and it’s getting done, don’t say, “if I received it done” and then tell me you didn’t work on any transfers yesterday. I have never been spoken to like this and I will report this to the pharmacy board as well as better business. When I asked him his name he hung up the phone.

These folks provide great service. Having had to drive to Taos in the past to get prescriptions filled, this pharmacy is a real gift to the people of Angel Fire. But, what makes it even greater is the personality of Christian Budd, who always has a smile on his face, knows his customer base, and goes out of his way to help. We are truly fortunate.
