The sale signs are misleading. Example the sign said $19.99 but it rung up $20. I know it's just penny but that is incorrect signage. They also had a sign that said pick 3 $59.99 or LESS but all three had to be the same price so that sign was confusing too.

Highly do not recommend!!!! Don’t shop here, bad customer service and bad experience. very entitled and bad environment overall. I WAS a customer and never going there again !!!!! And wants to bring things that are not relevant or related to me !! So unprofessional and very entitled and immature owner that replied to reviews immaturely

Bunch of incompetent kids working here with attitude. Fireworks are good. Hopefully the staff changes again soon.
I’m positive I visited the correct store. Furthermore I highly doubt majority of the employees you have staffed are in college. Nearly 80% seem to have the intellectual property of a middle/high schooler. I’m constructive, I could have the business audited to have accurately, and verify the ages of the employee’s. To the owner of the establishment, might you not be so defensive of your employee’s, and do a better job of communication and information.

Diablo Fireworks offers an outstanding experience! Their staff is friendly, the bathrooms are impeccably clean, and the deals throughout the store, like buy one get one free, are unbeatable. Plus, they're open year-round from 9 am to 9 pm, with adjusted hours on Fourth of July and New Year's. Highly recommend for all your fireworks needs!
