Lady is always on the phone w headphones I get it but unprofessional to do that. She has that type of attitude like you’re inconveniencing her. She rushes through the haircut. She has good ideas of styling. But the cut itself is very low quality. For up the street $3 more near outlets you can get a better leveled haircut. I’m sorry but your haircut service and place are very minimum effort. Even the place is a bit unclean. I had to pay double and in less time to get another haircut. They literally struggled a lot to level my hair and my kids.
Never coming back do not recommend.

Super bad experience!!!! The place is super dirty and dusty. She gave me a haircut for $22 she shopped way too much hair plus all crooked and she finished in 5 min . She was in the phone the whole timeService: Haircut

Walked in and there were three very friendly stylists working. I waited about 5 minutes before I was called back. It was clean and peaceful. Victor fixed my botched hair from a previous cut in Jacksonville, NC. Thanks to him I am no longer self conscious about my bad haircut. It took about 15 min and he explained that he used #7 in the back in case I go elsewhere again. I appreciated his attention to detail. Very reasonably priced.

The owner put bleach on my hair, and had me wait because another customer came in and gave him a hair cut. Never once did she check on my hair. Once she finally decided to wash out the bleach my hair was falling out. And not only that. My hair was 3 different colors. I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to fix her mistake. 3 months later my hair is still really damaged.Definitely DO NOT recommend!

Started going here for the past few months. Victor is amazing. He does a great job and cuts my hair perfect every time. Its hard to find a great stylist but when you do, you stick with that person. Glad to say Victor is that guy... best in El Paso. Hope to go to him for years to come....
