“I love this post office! The employees are so kind and helpful. I have never had a negative experience.To the person who wrote the previous nasty review: It clearly states on the post office website that the last collection of outgoing mail ends at 4:30pm MST. You claim to have worked in customer service before, so you should know all about annoying and entitled customers. Claiming that you are a "paying customer" and an "American citizen" is beyond rude, entitled, and disgusting, it has nothing to do with the level of customer service you should receive. Sit down Karen and quit throwing a temper tantrum. You are clearly the person in the wrong here. Shame on you for saying that she needs to be fired, I think she deserves a raise for dealing with people like you!”

My package was originally sent priority (3-4 days for delivery) out of RI to be held for pickup at the Anthony location but it has now been 8 days and held up in Coppell, TX. She always answers so politely and is doing everything she can to try to get it here ASAP. Seriously, thank you for your effort, kindness, and going above and beyond - individuals like you are few and far between in this world!”
