A broker arranged for them to tow an inoperable vehicle onto my step-deck, and Humberto arrived within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the job turned out to be more complicated than the broker initially anticipated, requiring another wrecker to assist. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the broker became extremely rude and unprofessional, ultimately deciding to call off the entire job. Despite the chaos caused by the broker, Humberto remained professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire ordeal. He even went above and beyond by assisting me with putting my ramps away, something he didn’t have to do, but did anyway out of kindness.
