Horrible place. Ever since me and my family moved to Chamberino this new lady is a mail KAREN! She is always sending back mail that is important to me and my family and holding it preventing anyone in my family from getting it. This lady needs to be replaced and fired.

I have had my Po box here for over 4 years never had a problem. It's would be cool if they would have a ATM. We need one in Chamberino I think.

very horrible lady working thereshe always returns important mail back to sender, very bad attitude I dont know how shes still working therethey need to hire someone new specially when it comes to peoples mail

This new lady is horrible, she keeps returning back very important mail, that is addressed to me and my physical address, this time she return back an urgent letter from my lawyer and it had both my physical address and PO bx number, and when you address it with her she has a smirk on her face... She has already been told she can not be doing that.
