“Shout-out to the sales clerk at this store in Artesia. Normally, I frequent another auto parts store. Unfortunately, their location in Artesia creates a suction so strong, it can compete with a vacuum and probably win. So I went to this Auto Zone location, and damn if I was not impressed! The clerk went above and beyond to help me get my ride back on the road! Even though the part was not in stock, he called nearby stores and confirmed stock before letting me make a trip. Then before he sent me on my way, he actually came up with a viable alternative that would save me a trip. But I opted to take another vehicle to the store with stock. Still, the fact remains...that clerk went above and beyond his job duties. My only regret is not getting his name so that I could give him a proper shout out. I hope he recognizes himself in this review!”
