We stopped at Bob's and he quickly bent the bumper out enough so we could continue our trip back home to Central Texas. I offered to pay him and he refused any money. Thank you Sir, God Bless!!”

“Autozone Artesia NM...My experience at this store has always be good but today customer service with John Melendrez went beyond the norm. From my initial phone call asking about parts for my outback to pickup at the store shortly after. I found out I had two accts in NM which I had credits on both but not combined. John took a few extra minutes to call customer service and had them combine my accts in store so that I could get the extra 20.00 savings. That alone was beyond any help Ive received in years.
