Autozone Artesia NM...My experience at this store has always be good but today customer service with John Melendrez went beyond the norm. From my initial phone call asking about parts for my outback to pickup at the store shortly after. I found out I had two accts in NM which I had credits on both but not combined. John took a few extra minutes to call customer service and had them combine my accts in store so that I could get the extra 20.00 savings. That alone was beyond any help Ive received in years. If you are in the are, stop by the Artesia autozone and ask for John! Thank you John and Happy New Year.

Scott over at AutoZone is the bomb diggity. I purchased a new blinker light at O'Reilly's and they refused to help me put it in. I called AutoZone willing to just buy a new one if they would help me, and they did it for free with the part I didn't even buy at their store. Scott took his time as my vehicle is not a simple creature to switch out. He was very professional, and obviously my new BFF. Scott had a magical way of multitasking with all the customers, yet still made me feel important and valued. Because of Scott and his willingness to go the extra mile for me (someone who had no obligation to do so) I am now a forever Autozoner!
