I am appalled to hear how a very dear friend of mine has been treated in this store recently. Kelly Hammer is a regular shopper in many of your stores and loves to buy Toys for charity organisations especially at Christmas time. Your sales assistant on the day actually humiliated Kelly at the checkout and treated to call the police if Kelly didn't leave the store all because the sales assistant was too lazy to enter a code off a coupon that would not scan.You should be ashamed of yourselves
