“First of all, I'd like to start my showing my appreciation for Lori here. I had a medical emergency where I had to receive my medication by Friday, however I live on a facility where even if the package was delivered on time I wouldn't get it until Monday. Needless to say, I freaked out since it was a three day weekend, I called this post office before the package arrived there , Lori picked up and she personally made sure that when my package was delivered she would take it out and wait for me to go pick it up early Friday morning. She did exactly that. Thousands and thousands of packages come in everyday and she made sure to take mine out and held it for me. I am from California where the same things happened back home but the post office would never, NEVER go out of their way to do that. The customer service of this post office is fabulous. I'm a guest in the state of NM and my experience at this post office alone just goes to show how welcoming and awesome the state is. Once again, thank you Lori. May god bless you.”
