I went threw the car wash an thought everything was ok till i parked an look arouns my truck an noticed it wasnt washed in the back so i drive back an talked to the wash boy an was told it was because i have a trailer hitch an he said it was on the signs all around wich was a lie also he wouldnt send my truck threw again or refund my money i wont be taking my truck threw them again ,selfish hateful an jealous attitudes their.

My car was covered in soap and wax all over the sides and top, worst car wash in town wouldn't recommend to anyone. You can do a better job spraying it down yourself. Rude owner Robert Duncan showed up and was rude and unprofessional kept saying it's ok it's fine when my car was still covered very rude and aggressive.

Thank you Superior Express Artesia. I came in for a car wash, had money in hand. An employee of yours comes running out and stops me from paying, asks "are you a veteran?", to which I answer yes, 20 years Air Force ... I was treated to the top wash, vacuum, towel the whole nine yards and a coupon for a free meal at Henry's BBQ, on the house. I was wondering how this guy knew... the old lady points out the master maintenance badge plate on the front of the car. Thank you to Superior Express and your great people, you made my day on 11 Nov 2019. Mike M, USAF retired.

Expectations were low when I saw the cheap wash price. When I got out to dry I found absolutely NO DIRT LEFT on my car that hadn't been washed in a couple of months. Plus where the drips that kept running down as I walked around drying wiped off easily.
