ATM machine issues. They admitted knowing it was having an issue dispensing money. They chose to keep it in service. I asked for 1000 and it was approved. it did not dispense the money. I Went inside they said sorry can’t help you. Be careful

A relative was shorted $620 of a $1000 withdrawal from the ATM. She immediately contacted the bank at the time of the occurrence to file a claim and personally made contact again when they opened. Bank staff did not seem too concerned, at the time, and later denied the claim. That should have been easily rectified - money in, money out - if they can be trusted.

On May 3rd, I attempted to withdrawal $1,000 from the ATM Unfortunately, the machine only had 20s so it was a LARGE stack and I could not get all of the money out of the account. I immediately called to file a claim, the woman took the claim and instructed me that there was nothing else that could be done. Right when the bank opened, I went into the bank and withdrew the $620 I needed. I asked the branch if anything could be done and the teller said no, just wait for the claim. My claim was denied and I have been attempting to escalate up the various channels at Wells since then. Today, I received the final no from the Exec Office and will be closing all of my Wells accounts after being a loyal customer for over 30 years! Only 1 person even acted as if they cared about me or my problem and I have spoken to several people over the past three weeks. I know that $620 may not be a huge sum of money but I am disgusted by the lack of care or faith and will no longer bank with them. I encourage everyone to make sure they put their money with people they trust and that is not WellsFargo!

Went in sat personal banker got two new cards asked for help walk through money transfer zelles and was left out to dry no walk through we had to figure it out on our own at a the hotel lobby personal bank should be working at McDonald's with that kind of customer service called and complained 1800

No respect for long time customers, rude unprofessional staff. It's a small town with several banks I am sure any other bank would be better. Good riddance Artesia Wells Fargo.
