“I spent hours trying to fix my car, went to the two chain stores here in Aztec and neither had what I needed. One of them didn't even greet me, she was on her phone. I had never been to Napa before, but thought I'd see if they had the parts. Both people who were there, were so friendly, helpful, AND greeted me with big smiles. (I forgot your names the second I walked out the door, I am so sorry.) You not only had the parts I needed, but you fixed my cigarette lighter too which hadn't worked in years! You saved me time, and a load of stress trying to fix all these things and for that you've gotten a customer for life. I will absolutely be back with anything I need for all my families cars. Thank you so much.”

“I have been very impressed with the crew in Aztec. Rachael, Thomas, and the guys have a great, fun relationship which makes shopping there a pleasure. They are always eager to help get me what I need in a fast, friendly, honest way. There are other auto parts choices in Aztec but I’ve found the personalities especially Racheal and Thomas keep me coming back. The people are what makes the difference. Keep up the good work guys! Thank you for always having a great attitude and positive vibe. It’s a pleasure to shop at your store!”

“I thought i was in need of a battery for my truck, but it turned out to be not just the battery, but the starter as well. Cameron K. and Cory helped me get my truck running and I just wanted to let you all know that they went above and beyond to make sure I was squared away!! I will continue going to the Aztec store for all my vehicle needs! Don't let those two get away! They represent what true customer service is about! Above and beyond when needed!!”
