Staff isn't trained to answer phones. Anytime you call this location phone will ring for 5 minutes or more before you get tired and call another location.

Opened up two new accounts with Savannah. She was patient while it took some time to gather the correct paperwork and very sweet. Her and Aaron worked to get the accounts set up and explained everything great. All the staff was friendly Morgan, and two others were also on shift all very nice and professional. Thanks guys!!

The employees have no idea what they are doing, only the manager can do anything and even they can't get it right apparently. Our friend that we help had to stop his automatic payments for rent for one month. When he went to start it back up again, they can't seem to figure out how to setup automatic payments again. He has gone in twice by himself, and now twice with someone else to help him and they still can't get it done. We made them give him a cashiers check so he could get a rent check to his landlord. Hopefully they can get his payment figured out for next month.

I ve been here just to get notarized paper work done. The manager is a nice guy but seemed hangry, let him take his earned lunch break lol. The people are always nice and helpful to me. Juliette Pelt helped me out with no issues.

I've banked with Citizens Bank at least 20 years. I'm going to change banks because they're service is bad. They hit the three strikes with me. I would recommend some other bank. I would like an option of no stars, run!

Fine enough if you have an hour or so to wait everytime you need to do a drive up transaction. Seriously drive to a Farmington branch, you'll probably save some time despite the drive.
