I just found out why FedEx is so expensive. Ive tracked MULTIPLE packages front Albuquerque to Farmington but, they don't cone up 550. 90% of my packages go from Albuquerque to phoenix to Denver to Farmington. Some times they skip Denver and hit salt lake city first. I got one today that went from Albuquerque to Dallas to Denver to Phoenix to Denver to Salt Lake to Farmington. A 3 hour trip took 9 days. Pathetic.

He didn't deliver my package. The driver didn't arrive at my address and uploaded a photo saying it was closed and that he tried to deliver it at 9:05, but it's a lie. He's a lying driver.

This is hands down a joke of an operation. In any other business, they would go out of business. The entire staff including the managers need to be fired for incompetence. I’ve lived all over the county and have used every parcel service company. This particular location is a laughing stock of the industry. Who are they hiring??????

Absolute worst delivery service in the area. Drivers leave packages in any place they feel like which results in stolen packages. I will pay extra to use ANY other shipping service in our area.

Delivered my package to a fake address signed by B.Fernandez. Reached out for help, I was not helped at all. I would definitely not recommend FedEx in the future I would take my money to UPS.

These pieces of shit just said they delivered my package and did not. I got a picture of a box sitting in front of some random steps that is not my house!!! When I type my tracking number they try to say that it's not my package!

They need to answer their phones. This company should be able to be held accountable and liable for their policies as relates to missed deliveries. I should not be required to set up an account with FedEX to see what is happening with a delivery unless I am the shipping entity.

Just leaves packages wherever, not at the correct address. Thankfully, I have honest neighbors! And when I file a missing package report, they just respond that it was delivered on "this date, at this time," with no accountability for their mistake.
