Of the best auto repair shop/ collision repair there is. Yes some patience is required, yet look at how much they did of a AMAZING job. Restored it too looking brand new. Thank You for the OUTSTANDING JOB! Highly recommend this place.

I was told that it would take two weeks or less to complete my truck. It took a full three weeks. They screwed up the paint job and blamed the insurance company. The insurance company has nothing to do with selecting or painting the vehicle. When I finally took position of the truck it was very dirty with electrical wiring hanging out in the camp shell. They did not remove the tape used to keep paint from splash. They are typical cowards, rude on the phone and hid when I showed up to get my truck and had the secretary give me the keys.

Rivas is the best place!! Very nice and friendly, vehicle fixed super great. Only place I go from now on.

I want to be honest and say there was a hiccup in my experience but I give a 5 because of how the responded to the situation. They were most kind and their treatment of me was appreciated in correcting the situation. They even still give out little car bags full of items it was very nostalgic and appreciated.

As a physician I expect perfection and I got it with Rivas. Their work is top notch. Communication is good and they stick to their pricing. I highly recommend them for any auto body work you may need.

Yeah, they sometimes do a good job. Other times not. I've been there a couple of times, fist time great, did a wonderful job. The second time they didn't fasten all the bolts down on the cowling under my car, eventually came loose, caught the ground and got pulled off.They even refused to replace it, thought about going to small claims court but not really worth the time.Services: Painting

I went in after I had a collision with a deer. Tom was so helpful, out in 102 weather helping me assess the damage done to my car and take photos for my insurance claim since I had to be my own assessor to file it. Tom and the guys at Rivas went above and beyond for me. Debbie stayed in contact with through the whole process. I can't thank them enough for all they did. My car looks beautiful and beyond happy with their service. What was such a headache on the insurance side of this ordeal Rivas made up for all of that with their outstanding service. Thank you again!

I called to see how long it would take for my $100,000 car to be ready. I was told if I would be quiet he will tell me. What a of putting vibe. I decided to just send my car to Albuquerque where the customer service is much better. I’m allowed to ask questions about my paid off car, I love my car so I had to get it out of there ASAP!!! If you have a nice car I wouldn’t come here! I’m a small business owner and I would never treat my customers like this.
