WM was a great partner to have during our renovation. They provided dumpsters when needed, and also removed the full dumpsters and replaced them on time and when requested. Making payments was easy and I could understand the bill each time. I will work with WM again in the future.

As tax payers we should have access to an actual human to resolve concerns.

Constantly overcharging me! I have to call almost every billing cycle! The only good thing is the driver is very nice.
