This store never has the parts I need in stock and when you order the parts from the main hub they'll tell you 8am the next day and when you go in to get it they now told me 1:30pm. That's a pretty big difference in time considering that's what three different employees told me.

On Tuesday a friend told me that my left brake light was out. I stopped by Belen AutoZone to purchase a replacement bulb. The salesperson, Nick S, was friendly and helpful. In addition to selling me the bulb, he installed it. Great service!

An employee named JESSICA MARES was very helpful and knowledgeable. she helped me change my battery and was super friendly well she did it. She refused to take my tip and said" it was her pleasure to do it" she was also bilingual and I seen her helping the other employees translate to the customers. without her they would not have been able to help them get there parts. She definitely needs a raise employees like her a very hard to find ?

Very knowledgeable and helpful associate pulled fault codes and gave me a print out right away before helping me find the right spark plugs.

Bunch of a-holes! Wouldn't give me my core charge back and were not helpful in the least. Must be a problem across auto zone! Second store in the area that has people that have zero knowledge of the industry and zero customer service skills. I would go to oriellys or shop online before I walked into this store again.

Called up order my part said it would be in at 2pm. Received an email at 1:43pm parts were in. The part was correct but the bracket that holds the 2 wires was wrong. He Ordered another and it had the correct bracket. The new showed at 4pm.I was in and out in 5 minutes. That's what I like. You go in get someone who knows their job. Helps you and gets your happy a $$ out the door.

Do NOT accept an in store credit/refund!! I got my credit refund receipt in September 2022, tried to use it in December 2022 and they said they needed a photo copy. My husband didn't have it, I did he only had the receipt. So today we tried to use it and still couldn't. We were told that they don't generate new numbers for recipes and the number on my receipt was reused and basically AutoZone kept the money and never honored the credit. The store steals money from customers this way. Very disappointed.?
