I wish I could give a worse review than 1 star 🌟 firstly no one should ever assume THEY KNOW how YOU want your nails! Ask! Secondly you can not fix taking off or over filing someone’s natural nails especially when you file them the wrong shape. Lastly, if you are repeatedly asked to stop filing please stop filing. You made the error, you should take accountability and if you can’t do something right don’t do it and don’t charge anyone for your mishaps!

Absolutely awful customer service! I can't believe the way I was spoken to and treated by the horrid people who run this place! The one star that I gave them is generous, I would give them less if I could! Stay away!

I have always been pleased with the service I have received. Pedicures are done thoroughly and special care is taken for nail issues. I also get acrylic nails on my hands. The finished work always looks beautiful. I’ve had nail art done and it looks nice and I get a lot of compliments on them. When I call to book a time, they are always available and ready to serve.Services: Nail art

I see a lot of clients getting their acrylics done by the man there. If you have natural nails don't let him do your manicure! His techniques damage your nails. He filed the edges so hard my nails are now breaking WITH GEL ON THEM! The breaks are starting on the edge of my nail. I want to support local businesses but in this case I will have to go somewhere else for my manicures and pedicures. They are a no-frills salon for sure. No cuticle care, no moisturizer or wax dip, no hand massage. $25 + tip is not such a good deal if you have to have them re-done!
