Cricket to me has gone to the dogs bad thing is I really like dogs. I have been having problems with this phone that I have from cricket. I have been a cricket customer since 2000. I have never been treated so badly as I have been in the past year. I went into to the cricket store in Belen, NM on Main street, the gentleman informed me that cricket isn't responsible for the apps that you have on your phone. I am supposed to have HBO max as a gratuity for paying $60.00 per month as a cricket customer I have yet to be able to watch anything on HBO max. Yes I have the app downloaded on my phone but it asked for the provider responsible I hit cricket wireless and it never completes the connection. In fact it tells me I have an error message 502. As of this date and time I have not been able to connect the HBO max. To upgrade a phone is almost paying full price, they are so busy wanting new customer that they have forgotten about how new customers are referred to them. Cricket is owned by AT&T, I had AT&T when cell phones were bag phones never had a problem. So as far as my cricket experiences today? It sucked.

I love Cricket. They have been my phone carrier service for over 20 years. I have not had any difficulties with them and they have continued to grow and expand over the years making my service even better. When I go to the Cricket Wireless store oh, I am greeted by staff that are courteous, friendly, and professional. I am pleased to be a Cricket Wireless customer and will continue to do business with them.

Constantly taking our account off autopay and therefore charging us more, happens every other month at this point. Poor customer service.
