Would not use this company again I called and canceled but they still charged me $15 they said the guy was 8 minutes away from my house I do not believe that they are just out to get your money I would highly not recommend this company they even put on their website as long as you call and cancel there is no charge

I had my truck towed by them and they were very reluctant to give me any information to get my truck out. Once arrived they said i needed an appointment. Although many numerous phone calls nobody had said anything about an appointment. They told me they didnt have to tell me by appointment only. So more money out of my pocket for there chose to not give me infomation. Either the management is that poor or it's just a dirty business.

this is a very poor towing service. I had my car towed by them and they were very reluctant to give me the time of day to come and get my car out. Once arrived they said i needed an appointment. This place is absolutely b******* they are rude they don't help you for f*** my car was stolen and taken to their yard and they can't even give me a set price on how much my car is they keep on telling me they're closed or this at the other excuse after excuse after excuse it's not so I don't recommend this place whatsoever poor customer service they suck very rude they need to go back to the freaking customer service school or whatever the f* they need to go back to the freaking customer service school or whatever the f*** they need to go back to the freaking customer service school or whatever the f*** the they need to go back to the freaking customer service school or whatever the f*** they they need to go back to the freaking customer service school or whatever the f*** they do they need to close their doors I don't know why they think they're entitled to freaking treating people like crap it's not okay they don't even deserve a star but unfortunately I have to click it to post the damn post

Very professional staff that is willing to be accommodating yet strategic with their policies imposed for the security of property in the yard!! They validated my information and collected towing fees minutes before closing for a holiday weekend! I can't be more grateful for making it possible to get my car back before they closed for the holiday!! You can trust this business for securing your property if you're in need of a tow!

Prompt, efficient service. Jordan my tow truck driver skillfully got me unstuck And then he helped me get out of a very precarious situation. He happily did all this without any judgement of how I got myself into that mess. He charged me a very reasonable price. I highly recommend theirs services for your roadside needs. $260 for a 1 mile tow and pickup same day. Don't know if this is good or bad price. Called the number from Belen website and went to pickup car and was then told car was in Los Lunas. When I got there to pickup car was told they only take cash--had to run to ATM. But on a good note, the guy at the lot was very friendly. If I had to to it all over again I would not choose this tow company, but to be honest my car was towed for being where it shouldn't have been; so in this case I'm not sure any tow company could have made me happy.

Curbside towing the ones in the big green building south end of town by 66 gas station great people they have excellent customer service really explained everything I needed to know about the situation I was having will definitely use this company again.

The most staggeringly rude, inept, and malicious group of hillbillies you would ever want to meet. Filthy facility, foul language spat at customers at the most mundane questions. There is no excuse for the childishness and belligerence shown by both the owner and front desk.Don't buy from here. Don't sell to here.To Curbside: you're adults running a business. Act like it.

I was told the driver would text or call when he arrived and he didn't. They charged me $150 to tow me from the loves gas station to the Walmart that is 5 minutes away. We were stranded. We got to Walmart and the guy was nice enough to check my battery and give me a jump. He told me that it was just a loose ground wire and that I didn't need a new battery. He told my children and I to save our money and just go because we didn't need a new battery. He then reassured us and said if we break down again he would come get us. As we entered back into the highway the battery light came back on and we were stranded again. I called them back and the dispatchers said that they were not mechcanics and wanted to charge me AGAIN so that I could be towed back to another Walmart. They are nothing but scams and thieves. Please don't throw away your money like I did on these crooks.
