I ordered something online and waited 3 weeks for delivery to the store. I received an email stating that the product had been delivered to the store. I went to the store and the manager said nothing had been delivered. I suspect an employee must have taken it, knowing that customers are refunded anyway.
Los Lunas stores are friendlier and more efficient. Belen store never has anything in stock and staff always act like customers are a bother. Awful vibe in this store...

This place is horrible! It's so disorganized, I asked for help and the girl didn't speak English, she referred me to another worker who rushed me through our conversation as if I was bugging her..and then told me she didn't know what i wanted, ugh
The Red headed Cashier is so Hateful, not even a greeting from her, all she does is look at you as if your bothering her, such an ugly personality 🙄 I'm NEVER RETURNING THERE AGAIN!!!

Store is trashed. Refused bathroom access to the second bathroom to a special needs customer. Claimed it was employees only while it was not marked employees only. Manager hid when called. Will be filing official complaint for the ADA violation and with the company for the pitiful standards.

This place is never stocked I worked here and I loved all the employees they were great but while I worked there for three months there was little to no stocking going on and when I brought it up it was brushed off I like the ones In Los lunas cause there always stocked up on everything it’s just sad sometimes

This was the most messy store I have been in. So many item just thrown in the wrong spot & items just piled up falling off shelves. Many shelves were bare. None of the employees were even remotely friendly.

I love coming to this store they always different inventory in stock and the crew is always friendly and they always are stocking and cleaning the store it's a great place to shop I definitely recommend it. They always have so many things you could pretty much find anything your looking for and definitely more lol ?
