“I love this gym. been coming here for 5 years. 24 hr access. , I had awesome results with personal training/ lost 50 pounds. Sauna and boxing are also a plus. I highly recommend this gym. Never too crowded. ?Staff is always super friendly and encouraging.”
“We are only here for 3 months but have been here twice a week. This is a no frills old school gym. Not a ton of equipment, but plenty to hit everything you need, lots of dumbells and a variety of barbells. The owner is very friendly and is working on improvements.”
