My car broke down on a Sunday 650 miles from home. They worked with me and my situation and took the time to explain what was going on. I was even served lunch which to me is way outside of normal customer service.

David was a pleasure to deal with. You can tell it’s a small business because he treated it like a relationship, not a transaction. He was clear about what he could do, what he couldn’t, and he kept his word the whole time.

They put in a rebuilt transmission , the first one was a flop - so he ordered another one. With no problem. The second was perfect ! Paul was so sweet & polite. I would recommend to anyone.
