The TV did not work so the staff moved us to a different room. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was adequate. It seemed to be an older metal with recent cosmetic upgrades. The breakfast was minimal. But adequate.Great location with easy access to local services.Rooms: The bathroom fan did not work.

I enjoyed my stay at Days Inn. It was a reasonably priced, the people are really nice and helpful, and breakfast is always a pleasant addition. Nice stay for a trip from Colorado to Flagstaff, Arizona.Safety: I was concerned about my open trailer, and asked about the safety of The parking lot upon arrival. Was assured that there is no crime that occurs with your vehicles. Parking lot was well lit, and my property on the trailer was safe the next day

The people at this hotel are the best! They are more than friendly and they do everything they can to provide a great stay. Irene, at the front desk, was especially helpful.Walkability: There is a great bookstore close to this hotel, so every time we stay, we are treated to a good book!

Started as a great experience but did not finish as such. I had originally given 5 stars in every area, but that would be inaccurate for the entirety of my stay.We had a few people that helped us over our stay from 12/1-12/3 2023. NAOMI gave exceptional customer service (5 star employee for sure!) and was very welcoming and friendly with each and every interaction we had. If my rating was based purely off of her service it would be an 5/5 and I would return any time I’m in the area.Irene was very friendly and helpful originally. We were also helped by a man on night shift our first night here who was definitely less welcoming and not very friendly but we were not provided his name. The room was clean and warm and we had no major issues until the end of our stay.My husband is here for work and I tagged along. I got up at 6 am Sunday to take him to work and he suggested that I see about a later checkout because he takes lunch around 12:00 and that way he could drive to work and come give me the car on his lunch if possible so I could go back to sleep and get some rest as we didn’t get very much sleep due to noise from the highway and the hallway all throughout the night. I called the front desk around 6 am on 12/3 and asked what my options were for late check out, the man on the phone curtly said the latest I can do is 1 and I said that is perfect and reminded him my room number. At 11:20 I get a knock on my door from housekeeping and Irene reminding me today was my scheduled check out. I explained I spoke to a gentleman this morning at 6 who said I could have a late checkout of 1 and explained that I have nowhere to go or any way of leaving the hotel until around 12:20 when my husband will be here with our car. They told me the man I spoke to was wrong and I needed to be out at noon at the latest and that they would “talk to him,” as if them coaching him was going to do anything to help with the fact that I was being told to leave with nowhere to go. I explained again that I had nowhere to go and no way of leaving and as this isn’t a super nice looking area and I and not comfortable with the area, I’m not going to sit outside in the cold and wait because of a mistake made on the staff’s part. I’m also not going to spend my hard earned money for an uber due to their mistake. They reluctantly offered me check out at 12:30 and stated that they would have the housekeepers do the remaining floors and return to do mine. They made it seem like I was inconveniencing them when I had been lied to and had planned my day around what the staff had told me. Mind you I had been listening to a ton of noise in the hallway since 10 am as they had spent an hour and a half loudly cleaning the other rooms on my floor and almost 30 minutes cleaning one room across the hall from me. I highly doubt they were going to finish the entirety of the other 2 floors in the 40 minutes that they wanted me out. I am now anxiously waiting for my husband to get out of work for lunch and come pick me up so I can get out of this hotel as todays experience really put a damper on the trip and the experience with this hotel as a whole. I work in customer service and have spent some time in management as well, and when my staff made a mistake, I never tried to make that my customer’s problem, I made sure my customer was taken care of and that my staff was coached appropriately to avoid problems in the future. My husband and I were originally planning on returning to this hotel for multiple future stays, as my husband travels here one weekend every month for work and we would have loved to have given repeat business, but after this experience we will definitely be finding anywhere else to stay in the future.

I stay Nov. 10, 2023 and had a horrible experience. We arrive early so we need it to wait for our room and was assigned room 112. The room it self was very good, the problem was the noise on the room above. All night we can hear something dragging on the floor. Around 4am I heard more noise so went out to investigate and the noise was from 2 big dogs that the owner just took out to pee. Also, the back door keep slamming, normally it is keep close in other hotels after a specific time and people should come in and out thru reception. Anyway, I told the front desk and he told me to tell Irene the next day. So I did, Irene mention to take our stuff and when we come back we will have a room in the 3rd floor and not the 1st. So we did and return around 5-6 pm and Naomi was in reception. She did knew about the issue but told me the did not had any rooms in 3rd floor and we need it to go back to our old room. I spoke with Angelo the night manager on the phone and he just basically say “I am sorry” and mention there was a “communication issue”. He say to go back to the room and the next day they will figure this out ( we had 3 more nights) . Wife and I could not go back, we just could not sleep the night before and had a big headache. So we book rooms in another hotel and cancel. If you can pay $40 dls more and stay in Albuquerque (15 min away) I highly recommend. The Service in this hotel was really questionable.

The room/bed was very comfortable. I liked having no carpet. There was a good variety of food for breakfast (eggs, egg sandwich, plus the usual). Good location near I-25, easy to find. The manager, Irene, was very helpful and courteous. We would stay here again when in the area.

Not bad price, clean rooms, clean bedding, working tv and bathroom/shower. The location was convenient for me, close to store and restaurant. The free breakfast was great, lots of different choices to pick from. The food was delicious. Will stay there

Everything about my experience with this hotel was poor. First I booked a room with a King sized bed. When I checked in (roughly 5 pm) I was informed they didn't have one, so I took the queen. The hotel was moderately clean. The hallways smelled like pot constantly and there were peanut shells everywhere. It was very noisy (even though the person who checked me in said I was in the quietest part of the building). All night I heard cars and motorcycles revving their engines. The Orange Juice machine spat out basically brown paste which didn't even taste like orange juice. It felt like a crack hotel.
