Honestly, move-in could have been better, but Management rectified, professionally, expeditiously and favorably. The property is generally well kept, seems reasonably safe and no hassle use of unit, aside from issues addressed and rectified. Very happy with the Team’s efforts, led by Taylor and Senior Mgmt. Thank you!

I was so stressed when I called to pay my storage unit and Keegan answered the phone and took away all my stress and now I have extra money to buy groceries and necessities I would highly recommend the management company to give Keegan a pay raise or paid vacation of his choice for two weeks he truly is the best .

I started storing items here shortly after they opened and there have been a few changes over the years but I still get good customer service, both in person and over the phone.

Horrible. They will auction out your storage unit by claiming they "didnt receive" payment. They refuse to give proof of them "giving notice". Horribke company. Stay away....far far away. You have a better change going to a chain company with buch better customer service and consideration.

I cannot usually make an appointment during the week I have a full time job and run a small business. I have tried on 4 to 5 separate occasions to get a storage here. They seem to be one of those I have enough businessso I don't really care about your business attitude. Spoiled kid mentality, if I were the owner I'd freak out at how this person is running my business. I'd lose it.. which makes me b think this person handling things is either family or the owner because nobody in their right mind would accept the style of business going on here. I even went to the office and got stuck in the gate w nobody to let me out... had to use a chair.. if it this type of mess trying to get a storage I had better stay far away because it could only get worse from here. ....
