Apparently there was only one person working the day we had booked our stay (this wasn't the workers fault but the actual business) but we couldn't check in during the middle of the day because the receptionist was at lunch and there were no other staff in the motel. We waited around for about 30 minutes after a 9 hour drive but finally left to get something to eat. After getting some food we returned and were finally able to get checked in-only to discover there was no shampoo or conditioner in the room (we were informed the motel doesnt provide any), but the final straw was the AC unit didn't work and it was dead summer in the middle of the desert. The front desk associate was able to refund us so we could go elsewhere, but that was definitely a frustrating situation especially because we weren't asking for much, other than a good shower and somewhere cool to sleep after a long drive.

This Motel 6 needs a serious facelift and maintenance throughout. It looks like 500 teenagers rampaged their way through spring break. If the location wasn't super convenient, rationale for staying here would be very limited.

We enjoyed our visit. The price to pay for a room. Is reasonable. It's a older motel.Great view! Depend where your room is at.

Half the time nobody was at the front desk for help..... I believe one woman was running the whole show. Couch in my room was already torn in many places.... Television would not work even when someone replaced the controller.

Went & stayed one night on a staycation. the rooms are clean & loved the little kitchenette & sitting area our room featured. the TV could've been a bit bigger, or could've been on a customizable mount to see better, but that is a small suggestion more than a concern or complaint.

Hello my status currently happening now I began my trip April 23rd to May 1st which is tomorrow 2025. First off the room had no microwave no coffee no fridge. The bed had what looked like fresh blood on the sheets. Pulled off sheets to only see disgusting stains on the mattress. I am disabled and asked for my room to be cleaned and placed my bedding in the hall for my room to be cleaned my room never was cleaned the entire stay they gave me bed sheets to put on the bed myself, and a broom and mop to clean the room myself which is their job! I get help in my own home to do this I don't do it myself so needless to say I was not happy about this! I was stuck here couldn't go to another hotel because I spent my money to stay here and had no other money.Last night I woke up to use the restroom and saw Cockroaches 🪳🪳🪳🪳 on the floor! Disgusting 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢. This place should be closed down! Had I seen the complaints I most definitely would not have stayed here. Do not stay here if you are disabled they don't care. Also don't stay here because workers are not doing their jobs. I'm sick now I'm assuming it's this room. Thanks to God I return home tomorrow. Called the Motel 6 complaints line filed a complaint let's see what happens. If I could rate negative stars I would most definitely.

Privacy was exceptional! Hotel workers were very helpful when needed and didn't bother at all when you didn't want to be bothered. Super easy and smooth check in and check out.
