came in to get a new phone. task accomplished. asked for nothing else added to account. task not accomplished. they threw on a protection plan with zero notice or authorization. had it removed a week later. still billed for it. do better t-mobile.

If I could put 0 stars I would. In August of 2023, I was offered a buy one i15, get an iPhone 14 for $700 off as long as I got another line for $10 per month. iPhone 15s were on back order so they gave me the iPhone 14 and I had to go back for the iPhone 15 two weeks later. Something happened regarding an approval email that we didn’t get but when I went back to get this rectified, I was told no biggie and he had us sign it immediately. Again still no issues, just a delay for the IPhone 15. When I got my bill, I wasn’t given any kind of discount and promotion was not honored. I called Customer service who said that when we picked up the iPhone 15, the promotion had lapsed and picked back up a few days later. I fell in an in between few days when the promotion wasn’t active… but customer service said they had to honor it and that it was a system issue that the store could fix. I contacted the store who confirmed the same information and again I was promised it would be honored. 6 months later of going over and over to the store who keeps promising to fix it, I have no resolution. I am paying full price for a line I didn’t need, full price for an iPhone 15 and full price for an iPhone 14. I didn’t need the second phone or the additional line and only got them because of the promotion. I am told they are so sorry and they will fix it and call me back and I have yet to receive a single phone call. Today when I went to the store, I saw the manager go out the back door to avoid me. This is atrocious customer service and prime example of avoidance. I am not going to let this go. I was promised something I even started recording all conversations to have documentation of them confirming and apologizing for the error. However, they still haven’t fixed it.

Absolute worst customer service, they lie about promotions and won't honor what they tell you. I went to address several times and most recently the manager snuck out the back door so he could avoid me. I literal saw him sneak out and walk away, never have i seen such such poor service. Avoid this place at all costs!

They do not follow through on their deals. They lie to you and promise all sorts of things but then when you sign, you pay full price and they do not honor their promises or promotions

Joey rocks at this store. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Joey was patient and super helpful. Got two new phones and it wasn’t painful. I wish all stores were like this.
