One guy James was nice, not the other man. There website says they have stuff in stock, and they don't have it. It's crowded in there, we were getting old pet food. Big R is definitely better.

James was so personable and helpful! He was just getting off work but took the time to radio for a propane refill and then stood and chatted with us while the tanks were filled. A+++

I went in earlier today (May, 23rd ) for the first time. The cashier Erica seems to be inexperienced in customer service. She had a dismissing demeanor, and was very rude and unhelpful. Thankfully the lady who came up after her (I assume was a manager) was very helpful.

Tractor Supply is generally a good place to get your propane filled. Not here. Showed up at 3:30 on a Tuesday. Huge banner saying "We Fill propane" and a price sign. Enter the store and ask for a fill and was informed that there was no.one who could fill my tank AND their propane station was broken. A sign outside at the gate would have been helpful so I did haul my tank across the parking lot for no reason. Won't be back to this location.

JAMES AND TIFFANY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Seriously, EVERY time I arrive James comes from the back and helps me. From knowledge of baby chicks, to making my entire family comfortable and smile. The service at bernallillo tractor supply is immpeccable.

My wife needed to get our dogs food. The store doors were locked 5 minutes before closing and ignored my wife as she knocked on the door trying to make a last minute purchase before they closed. This is ridiculous..

This store routinely provides the worst customer service experience I could expect. Employees are unwilling to help find products, are condescending when asked questions, and the bathroom is ALWAYS out of order. When I do encounter someone helpful here they don't last, I assume the atmosphere is as bad for employees as for customers. Zero stars

Pulled up about 4:00 PM needing propane in RV and spare tanks. Was told “no one here that can operate the propane”.Really? Is it that hard to train employees and then make sure someone trained is scheduled at all times?Very disappointed.
