It seem like the cashier has no help at all.. someone was stocking shelf's and one person mopping the same spot 3 times would walk away from it and go back to the same spot in cosmetics also did not seem like he wanted to to help anyone.. the cashier had a long line and the one that was mapping saw that and left her to deal with the long line..also had any issues on another day with the guy that was mopping just seem like he does not want to work and be lazy

It is nearly impossible to get accurate information on your website or by calling the store. Trying to call gets you shunted to call centers, or extended, extended wait times on hold to speak to a pharmacist. Finally, when the person answers, they appear to be harried, hurried, & barely helpful. Finally, going in to the pharmacy, nothing seems to reflect what was on the website. Now, the information is quite different. It feels as though Walgreens primarily wants to get potential customers in the door & with intentionally vague & misleading advertising.Obviously, my family won't be going there again.

Never, ever have I ever had such rude service from the NEW pharmacy staff at this location. The pharmacy should be ashamed of the staff they are hiring. No people skills whatsoever, uncaring. I have been going to this pharmacy for about 26 years. Will consider getting my fills elsewhere. I know they don't need my business, but I do not need the very negative toxic vibes.

I had a few problems with online orders that were taken care of with the help of Kaela, manager at the Bernalillo Store. This gal consistently goes over the top in customer service in resolving issues with products, orders, etc. Wow, how lucky Walgreens is to have this lady as an employee. Hard not to give this store a five star rating. Good job!

I came into the store to get some items just a few minutes ago and I was met with a VERY unfriendly employee working. She paid no attention to me or my partner as we were checking out. She immediately got on her phone to look at her Instagram feed while we were finalizing the transaction. Her attitude was very unwelcoming. Will not be coming back here. Thank you Gabriella for the unwelcoming behavior, lack of attentiveness, and rude gestures. It was greatly appreciated.

Since early 2019 I have used the Walgreens Pharmacy located at 100 US-550 in Bernalillo, NM to fill my prescription on a monthly basis. I use this medicine to treat my asthma, and need it everyday to be able to breathe. Up until August 2020, I had been able to obtain the medicine without much of an issue. But it has been an issue for me almost every month since then. This pharmacy always blames my doctor, or claims to not have received the prescription, and then takes weeks to resolve the issue. While I wait for them to decide to fill my prescription, I am forced to use another medicine that is meant to only be used in an emergency, and is not good for my overall health. When I tried to order a refill this weekend, I found that my current prescription, which should have still had nine or more refills available, had been canceled by Walgreens and that they would not provide me with a refill. The pharmacy blamed my doctor again, saying that my doctor had cancelled the prescription electronically on July 29th. I told the pharmacy representative that I would not be using their store to fill my prescriptions in the future and would contact my doctor. I received no advance warning that my prescription was canceled and believe that it was just another mistake made by my local Walgreens. When I checked with my doctor, he told me that he had not cancelled anything, and provided me with a written prescription that I took to a competitor's pharmacy. The new pharmacy was not able to fill my prescription though, because after I called Walgreens earlier, they decided that they actually could give me a refill and billed my insurance. The issues with my local Walgreens now seem to be caused by malicious employees that are actively sabotaging my attempts to obtain the medicine I need. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Pictures were fine, but they let me keep my glasses on, which the Passport folks don't accept, so I had to redo them.

Seriously unhelpful pharmacy staff. They just want to go to lunch from 12:26p-2p. It's a joke. Don't go there.

I don't know why my doctor bothers sending over the prescription directly they still don't fill it automatically when it's due even when you call them a day ahead of time. And it's always an hour it'll be ready in an hour and show up and it's not ready but it'll be ready In an hour. You're worthless do your damn job it's not that hard every day prescriptions automatically come up and tell you they need to be filled. What, are we here to drive around all day waiting till you get off your butt and do something.

When paying, you'll need to wait for the short bald guy to finish chatting on his phone. Then expect no greeting, no acknowledgement, nothing. I was buying two candy bars that were priced on sale. His price was a lot higher. I understood, went to change it for another, and let him know they were mislabeled and someone needed to put the proper signage. A simple "we're sorry, we'll go ahead and correct the signage" would've done. Instead he became uncomfortable and mumbled something in some ghetto dialect. Avoid the short bald dude and you'll be fine.
