The store provides a mix of traditional checkout and self-checkout options, and many employees are helpful in navigating the large store. The produce department has improved greatly, with fresh-looking vegetables and fruits. For convenience, customers can order fresh groceries online for pickup or same-day delivery. Walmart+ members receive free delivery and pickup with no mark-ups and the same low prices as in-store. Express Pickup is available for a low fee. The pickup service is organized, with associates bringing orders to customers' cars. The scan-and-go feature allows for efficient shopping, and the pharmacy department is also well-regarded. While some find the in-store environment bright and chaotic, the pickup option provides a less stressful alternative.
I almost always find what I need at Walmart no matter what the item is. Some of the recent negative reviews should be removed because the customers are in the wrong, blaming WalMart for the customers own mistakes !! Entitlement at work here. The person trying to return without a receipt is off his rocker.
