I have used this carwash for the past year. The service has gradually been getting worse. Yesterday was Monday 6pm I purchased the most expensive wash. As I pulled in there was only one guy working where there is usually 2 people. I swear he only washed the one side of my front hood and drivers step panel. I knew something was off. When done I got out and sure enough only 1/2 of my hood was cleaned and the passenger step panel was untouched. I requested a rag to wipe down and he said I had to buy them. After paying for a premium wash. Wow. Im done with this place.

Very Disappointed – Poor Service and Overcharged
I visited this car wash expecting a decent experience, but I left completely frustrated. I paid for the Arroyo wash ($26), plus an air freshener—yet somehow ended up getting the Thunderstorm package instead. There was no clear explanation for the change, and it felt like I was scammed.
Worse, the actual wash was terrible. The water pressure was weak, the equipment barely worked, and the employees did not scrub or clean the car properly. When the wash was done, there was still visible dirt left on my vehicle, as if it hadn’t even been touched.
For the price I paid, this level of service is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back unless major improvements are made. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

The worse car wash for 70 dollars didn’t even clean mats carpet or Even seats done on 10 minutes do fall for there tricks

Inconsistent time schedule; at times, warrior car wash is either closed or not in service. We live 20 miles away and consistentsy is a must during the time when it is suppose to be open. Switched to another car wash with consistent time schedule even when their closing time was at 7pm and we were a little late, they stayed open till we got serviced.

stopped in for a wash, the brush to wash the hood and top throughout was not working, didnt come down from the ceiling. Was told there was a known problem with the brush and wiring, so why let me go through?? asked for a revisit when it's fixed and was denied.

Nice location terrible car wash. I’ve driven by Warrior Car Wash for years now, while visiting friends and family in Rio Rancho/Bernalillo, and I finally decided to make a stop and wash my vehicle.
I paid for the premium wash which is reasonably priced at $20 for what’s included, compared to others car washes with a similar business model.
While in the wash the brushes seemed to be spinning slower than what I am use to, and I believe some of the extras I thought I was getting with the $20 wash weren’t included, due to the lack of soaps that barely layered my car and they seemed to be watered down considerably.
I do need to note two positives that I encountered and those being the dressing on my tires was applied well at the end of the wash, and the attendee pre-soaking my car by hand was a plus too.
With that said I will stick to my usual Champion Carwash going forward.

I had such a great experience at the car wash today! The gentleman tending to the wash went above and beyond by making sure all the mud was thoroughly cleaned off before allowing me to enter the wash. That extra effort made all the difference and showed true dedication to great service. I really appreciate the attention to detail and care—love it! Thank you for the outstanding service!

I missed the “please no mud covered cars” sign, and pulled in with my caddie caked from Chaco Canyon. The very nice girl told me they’d charge me extra for mud but I could go through twice. She and another girl well sprayed and even used the brush and got all of it off. The hand drying at the end is a great touch. Great car wash for the price and nicest I’ve ever been to!!! Thank you for hooking my dirty girl up!!!

If you have a pick-up truck don’t waist your money !!! Worst car wash I’ve ever paid for !! The little Boy Scouts do a better job at their fundraisers !! Wash brushes never touched the sides of the pick-up, the top brush lifted Completely up and turned off when it got to the cab, manager says this wash not designed for pick-up trucks !?! If you have a pick-up truck don’t waist your money !!!
